acres of land located northwest of Peachtree Hills Road and Jornada
Road please find the attached electronic mail message from
Development Services Administrator Cheryl Rodriguez that
references an updated schedule accordingly As noted a public
hearing regarding the subject will take place during the August 25tH
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting As the Development
Review Committee is presently recommending approval
arrangements are also being made for a first reading to take place via
your September 21St regular meeting Otherwise this expedited
timeframe enables the City of Las Cruces to directly maximize
economic benefits relative to the collection of gross receipts taxes
resulting from new school construction activity at this location

the initiation of the EI PasolLas Cruces Park and Ride program staff
from the Transit Administration Section of the Department of Public
Services were likewise able to devise a route for designated buses to
efficiently enter board and disembark passengers As referenced in
the attached rendering 57 passenger buses being provided by the
New Mexico Department of Transportation tNMDOT will travel from
New Mexico State University northbound along Main Street and will
arrive at the central transfer point via Water Street The inaugural run
