					                Supply List for Seventh and Eighth Grades
                                               2011-2012
   Supplies needed in every class:

           White lined loose leaf paper- please replenish as needed!
           Supply of #2 pencils with erasers and lead if mechanical-replenish as needed!
           Blue or black ink pens (no gel, neon, or pastel colors)
           Red pens (for revising, editing, and grading)
           Flashdrive / USB storage device (optional)
   Please give to homeroom teachers:

       Tissue
       Paper towels
       Disinfecting wipes


Seventh Grade Math- Ms. Easterling and Ms. Henry

               Calculator TI-30XIIS Please do NOT purchase a Casio Calculator or any other
               version of Texas Instrument. The recommended calculator is approximately $12 - $15 at
               your local WalMart or Office Depot. Your student may also rent a calculator for $3.00 at
               school. The money will be collected by their math teacher.

               Packet of graph paper
               3- ring ( minimum 2 -inch) notebook . Math students cannot use a trapper keeper. It
               must be a separate notebook.

               Packet of 5 section dividers with pockets.

               Pencils, pencils and more pencils- Students must bring a pencil to class every day. It will
               not be provided by the teacher. However, if you send a supply to school, we will keep
               them for your student in our math classrooms.

               3-ring binder with a section for reading and language arts
               Folder with pockets and tabs
               Composition Notebook
               Pencil pouch WITH pencils and erasers

Seventh Grade Geography-Bourdon and Hewitt

               Highlighters-different colors
Seventh Grade Science- Mr. Heim and Ms. Reid

Eighth Grade Math- Dena Abbinante and Sharon Jernigan

                       REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION

         PE uniforms (t-shirt & shorts with Falcon emblem) can be pre-ordered or purchased when
         school starts for $20 or separately for $10.

         Requirements for PE are shorts and t-shirts that are school colors.

         All shorts must be gym shorts that meet school dress code.

         All PE clothes should have your child’s name in them so we can readily return them when they
         leave them lying around.

         Non-skid mark tennis shoes are also required. These shoes must tie tight so they will not slip
         off.

         Socks are also required.

         Deodorant should also be kept in their locker.

         Absolutely no Crocs, flip flops, skater shoes, Sperry’s. Tennis shoes ONLY.

         Your child will be given a lock to their gym locker but should they lose it then they will be
         required to pay $5.00 to replace the lock.

         No gum will ever be allowed in the gym during school hours.
