I am requesting a loan modification due to the fact that I lost my with ABC Company on
December 14, 2008. I applied for and received Unemployment Coverage starting on
December 28, 2008, and the Unemployment Coverage ran out on May 28, 2008. While I
was on Unemployment my net monthly income went from $3,210.00 to $1,234.00 with
the supplement of my bills being paid from savings. My savings were depleted by the end
of June when I finally got a new job with XYZ Corp on June 18, 2009 giving me a
reduced net monthly income of $3012.00. While I am bringing in a little bit less income
per month I am able to still maintain my original mortgage payment at this point if my
loan can be modified to put the 4 missing payments onto the end of the loan. Should you
