									Schedule Projection Assignment
You will use the various tabs in this Excel workbook to create your tentative schedule projection for yourself
for the next four or five years. After you create your schedule projection be sure to save this workbook on
your computer so you can continue to use the information tabs and projection worksheet throughout your
college career.
Excel Workbook Tabs Explanation
There are various tabs in this workbook that will provide various information for you while you create your
schedule projection.

1. "Schedule Projection" - this is the actual tab that you will create your schedule projection on. Enter the
course department and number plus the credit hours. The total credit hours per quarter will total on its own.

2. "Course Checklist" - this tab has all of the courses that you will need to graduate. You should double
check your schedule projection against this list to make sure that you aren't missing anything. In the future
you can use this page to record your grades and calculate your GPA.

3. "ChBE Chem Prereqs" - This tab shows you all of the pre-requisite requirements for our ChBE courses
and Chemistry courses. Pre-requisites are extremely important in our program so become very familiar with
them. This tab also shows examples of how to shuffle the ChBE courses to incoporate internships into the
school year.

4. "Series Equivalents" - this tab shows two tables: one for math courses and one for engineering courses.
Completing the Assignment
You must do two things to complete this assignment:
(1) Email Mary ASAP to schedule a meeting before your scheduling window opens (hoy.50@osu.edu)
(2) Upload THIS workbook with your completed projection to the Carmen assignment dropbox at least 24
hours before your scheduling meeting.
(2) Upload THIS workbook with your completed projection to the Carmen assignment dropbox at least 24
hours before your scheduling meeting.
