Does anyone know of feminine pads WITHOUT a leak guard/anti leak core?
Almost all pads have them now. Problem is, I'm allergic. I have been using Always but unfortunately they have
started to add them, and now I have no idea what to use. Does anyone know of ANY brand that does not use
this? Or what is in these cores that would cause an allergic reaction. I don't want to use tampons because I'm
scared I will have an allergic reaction to them as well.
You might want to try:
- Organic disposable pads. They have much less capacity of giving you allergic reactions. One of the brands to
look out for is Natracare.
- Cloth pads. They're washable, like your underwear. A bit more work, but very comfy, and a lot cheaper in the
long run.
- Menstrual cups. My personal favourite. Totally comfortable, it's practically impossible to be allergic to silicone, it
saves you lots of money and it's very convenient because of the great capacity.
