Plans for Each Part
Tube Frame
Chop saw cut from 1 1/2” OD, 1 3/8” ID Stainless steel tubing bent on a hossfeld bender and drilled on a drill press. Then
bead welded together.
Bucket
The bucket will first be CNC water jet cut from 16 gage steel sheet metal. Then bent with a sheet metal brake and set into
tube frame to make necessary adjustments to ensure fit and correct shape. Holes will be drilled with a hand operated drill
in allignment with the holes in tube frame using tube frame holes as a jig.
