The Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH) is dedicated to
improving the quality and affordability of America’s housing by providing builders,
remodelers and consumers information on innovative building materials and techniques.

durability and/or disaster-resistance.
As a sponsor of the NextGen “First to the Future” Demonstration Home, PATH will
highlight innovative technologies and their benefits, particularly those that improve
disaster-resistance. Visitors to the home will have the opportunity to see more than 15
innovative PATH-profiled technologies. As a sponsor of the two-story, 2,700 square-foot

PATH will also announce its 2007 Top 10 Technologies at the NextGen Demonstration
Home on Thursday, February 8. First introduced in 2004, PATH has updated the Top 10
list to reflect innovations within the housing industry and technological evolutions. The
latest Top 10 is intended to alert builders and homeowners of valuable innovations ready
for adoption.
