CCDTC will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result was by
accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and custody and control of his owner or
handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and / or children create unnecessary disturbances or
repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case,
no refund of fees paid will be made.

Proficient/Skilled Categories: Each class will be split into two categories, Proficient and Skilled. In the Skilled Category, dogs may jump 4”
lower than indicated by the current jump height table. (No dog may jump less than 4”). In the Regular Agility class, dogs entered in the
Skilled Category may incur 5 or fewer faults, and earn a 5 pt. qualifying round. In the Proficient Category a qualifying round must be clean
and will earn 10 pts. There is no 5 pt. qualifying round in this category.

Veteran or Disabled Handler: Handlers aged 60 yrs. or older, or who have a disability that restricts mobility, may opt to enter the non-
jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time. In the non-jumping classes, this option is for
Veteran/Disabled handlers only. *** The Veteran/Disabled handler division is to give additional time allowance to handlers, because of their
age or mobility limitations. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this
Division.

A qualifying ribbon will be given for each qualifying round in each class. Placement ribbons will be offered for each jump height in each class
in each category.

IMPORTANT. Please check your dog’s NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check
the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.
NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies the records we send them at the end of the trial. Instead, they post the trial results to the files
section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us. The trial results will remain on the list
for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying
points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial
results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are
shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.
Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future
use. As of June 1, 2006 if a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's
records.
.
