In order to complete the pre-registration process and place your child's name on the
Waiting List for the 2010-2011 school year, we will need the following items submitted:
1. Waiting List Application Form
2. Copy of Current Report Card
Incoming middle school students (entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade) may need to have an interview
with Sr. Elizabeth Knight. If required, the student applicant and at least one parent must attend.
We will contact you at a later date if an interview is required.
Special Needs Children With An IEP, Learning Disability or Mackay Scholarship.......
Contact the Morning Star Program at Sacred Heart School to be placed on their Waiting List.
We do not charge a fee to place your child’s name on the Waiting List. As the Waiting List Applications
are received your child’s information will be typed into our computer. Students are accepted
chronologically (date of receipt) as follows:
1. Family members of students or staff currently registered or teaching at Sacred Heart School.
2. Registered, active and contributing members of Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish.
3. Registered, active and contributing members of another Catholic parish.
4. All others.
Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2010.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2010.
1st grade students must be 6 years of age by September 1, 2010.
Waiting List families will be called about available openings in March.
