The aim of this course is to familiarize students with NATO's Concept
Development and Experimentation Structure and Process.

Course Objectives:

At course completion, the student should be able to:

      Explain the role of CD&E within NATO.

      Describe the current management process for CD&E within NATO.

      Describe the NATO concept development process.

      Emphasize the value of Operational Analysis and Modelling and
       Simulation support to CD&E.

      Explain the principles of experimentation theory and methodology.

      Describe the NATO process of experimentation.

      Outline the relationship       between     concept   development    and
       experimentation.
