WORK-STUDY OR CLINICAL POSITION March 11, 2010
The First District Appellate Project is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year student for a 15-
20 hour per week work-study or clinical position beginning mid to late June 2010 (exact
date to be arranged). We are looking for individuals with strong research and writing
skills as well as criminal law experience or a commitment to criminal defense law.
FDAP is a small, congenial non-profit firm. We handle indigent criminal appeals,
either directly, or by assisting attorneys who are appointed by the court on a case by case
basis. You will be working with a friendly and supportive staff on a broad range of
criminal appellate issues. This is a unique opportunity to improve research and writing
skills.
