Mica Launches Home & Art Academy
Vincent Mica, the old Uptown Mica, has a new look, new approach and is a must to
experience!
It seems modeled after the incredible revamp of the Spargs Superstore in Beacon Bay, yet
adds more
in that it is So interactive!
Bright Colours, happy pictures and lots of activities and energy some up this little jewel of a
store.
Mica doesn't just offer a paint department - you get a Colour Pharmacy, and a Concept
Lounge ,
wherin you can touch, feel and see the different textures of paint. This is unique to East London.
More exciting still, is the offer of opportunities to begin any of a variety of crafts which are
taught on site.
Disciplines include Mixed Media, Pottery, Mosaic, Quilting, Soap Pouring, Decoupage, Air
Brush Painting, Polymer Clay molding, Stained Glass. Fine Art. No where in South Africa has
such an impressive array of teaching been supplied by a retail store.
Beginners are especially encouraged to unleash their creative side. "In this academy there are
no failures, everyone producers something and that something has value!" - and with a
teacher's help, sometimes a whole lot of value is added!
There is a revolution in East London, a revolution which is colouring walls, tables, adorning
cupboards and generally adding value to homes and memorabilia for the family.
When it comes to painting, colour and arts and crafts, you need no more than MICA, let us
show you how.
