approval of deviation from SBD in proposed PPA pursuant to the bidding process
undertaken for procurement of 3000 MW power under Case-1.
And you are required to appear before the Commission for hearing in
person or through a duly authorized representative capable to answer all material
questions relating to the matter along with all relevant papers on the 29 th day of
November, 2011 at 16:00 hours in the Office of the Commission at Kisan Mandi
Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
