Information & Conditions:
Participants
All classes welcome applicants from motivated non-professionals to professional artists and are opened for participants
over 18 years. The focus of the classes lies in self-awareness and creating beautiful things, not in production.
Schedule
The classes run from 9 am to 6 pm. There will be a lunchbreak from 12 to 2 pm.
Communication
For foreign participants classes will be held in German and English.
Fees and Material
All basic material is covered by the class fee.
Accomodation and food costs are not included in the class fee.
Discounts
There is a student-discount for the class fee. Please check the class description for details.
We will need a copy of your valid Student-ID with your registration.
Liability
Atelier Scholle-Deubzer does not accept any liability for damage or accidents within and outside the classes. All
participants have to take part in the health and safety instructions by the class-instructor also concerning
the use of the facility and of all tools. Please understand that we cannot take liability for children in the studio.
Registration
Please apply at least 10 says pior to the class.
Complete the application form that you will find on our website. We can also send you the application material
via mail. It is possible to apply by mail, phone, email or fax. With your application you accept the conditions and rules
of the Atelier Scholle-Deubzer. You will receive a written confirmation of participation and will be asked to deposit the
class fee in full. Only upon receipt of the full class fee your place in the class is guaranteed.
Cancellation of Applications
If you cancel after receiving the application-conformation, there will be a service charge of € 50.-.
Please send us a written cancellation if you cannot attend your class. If you cancel on a short notice of less than
10 days before the start of the class, you will be charged half the total class fee. In case that there is no written
cancellation, or that you participate in only a part of the class, you will be charged the complete class fee.
Cancellation of Classes
The Atelier Scholle-Deubzer reserves the right to cancel on short notice if a class should not attain the minimum number
of applications. In this case all paid class fees are returned. Any further claims are excluded.
Travelling to Haardorf
Haardorf/ Osterhofen in located in south-eastern Germany, in the Danube-Valley between Deggendorf and
Passau. The nearest airports are Munich or Linz. We can be reached by train (Stop Osterhofen/Nby), or by car via
Autobahn A92 (exit Plattling Nord) or A3 (exit Hengersberg). Please contact us for a detailed description.
