Welcome to Your Caravan Insurance Policy and thank you for
choosing to arrange your AXA Insurance Policy through Safeguard.
The information You have supplied forms part of the contract of
insurance with Us. Your Policy is evidence of that contract. You
should take time to read Your Policy in conjunction with Your
Schedule and keep these documents in a safe place.
In return for having accepted Your premium We will in the event of
injury, loss or damage happening within the Period of Insurance

14 Day Cancellation
In the unlikely event You find You are not satisfied with the

suitable for You You may cancel this Policy by writing to Safeguard,
Woodside House, 261 Low Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5NY within
14 days of the start date or the date You receive Your documents if
this is later. We will refund any premium paid provided that You
have not made a total loss claim.
Law applicable to the Contract
You are free to choose the law applicable to this Policy. As We are
based in England, We propose to apply the laws of England and
Wales and by purchasing this policy You have agreed to this.

This insurance does not cover everything that can happen so please read Your policy carefully to make sure You understand what it covers
and the limits that apply.
CARAVAN LEGAL PROTECTION
This insurance is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA and administered by Arc Legal Assistance Limited.
In the event of a valid claim under this insurance, We will appoint Our panel solicitors or their agents, to handle Your case. You are not
covered for any other legal representatives’ fees unless it becomes necessary to start court proceedings or a conflict of interest arises.
