JaMar UK Sublet Scheme
At JaMar UK, we currently offer two Sublet Schemes Guaranteed Letting
and Premium Subletting. Both Schemes Guarantee a substantial income. A
complete Reservation and Management System for your Holiday Home(s)
which runs throughout the season is an addition scheme that is not part of
our Letting Schemes.
The worry can now be taken away knowing running costs can be paid using
our schemes.

There is now a way to help to contribute towards running costs. Many
Owners sublet with is to earn extra income to offset their running costs.

JaMar UK Guarantees Letting
This scheme is designed for people considering purchasing a holiday
home(s). During your first year of Caravan Ownership, you can sign up to
our guaranteed lease scheme. Whether or not your Holiday Home(s) is let,
we guarantee you a fixed income in your first year. This Income can then be
used to pay running costs for the 2nd year.
Please note: Holiday Homes(s) must be 5 years old or newer to be applicable for guaranteed lets.
Our JaMar Premium Subletting Service
JaMar Premium Subletting Service is our Rewarding Subletting Scheme.
This scheme is available for new owners after the “first year Guarantee
Lease Scheme” has expired. The scheme is also available for all existing
Caravan Owners. Premium Subletting Service is designed to remove all the
hassle and helps to maximise letting opportunities during key periods for
the year. When subletting through this scheme, you’re entitled to a full range
of benefits including:
• Guaranteed letting for all peak holiday weeks provided
• Priority above all for reservations
• Key handling exchanges
• Standard Cleaning in-between change over’s
• Service guarantee – A multi-point cleaning check will ensure
that your Holiday Home is returned to you clean, tidy and
ready to occupy. In the event of dissatisfaction and
non-resolution of any issue you will receive an account credit
of £20 (Terms and Conditions apply)
• At least one deep clean during the season
• Dedicated contact with guarantee 24 hour response to any
subletting query
• Commission rate cost reduced from 25% to 15% for Premium
Gold Peak sublet weeks
Please note: We are recognised for the high standard of accommodation. Therefore, JaMar UK
will inspect any Holiday Home (s) older than ten years for it to qualify for Premium Subletting
Service, with the exception of the Guarantee Letting Package where the age limit is five years
old - 2004 or newer.
