v Watercolor Paints: Include Alizarin Crimson, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Yellow Pale (alternative: or Light), Pthalo Green (alternative: Windsor Green or Veridian Green), and Pthalo Blue (alternative: Windsor Blue). Bring colors that you prefer, but you must bring the colors listed. Please do not bring black or white. v At least one sheet 100% rag, 140lb., cold press Watercolor. Loose paper size – 22” X 30” or a block no smaller than 14” X 16”. v Board: sturdy to hold loose paper (no cardboard); must fit paper size of 15” X 22”. We will be using no larger than half sheets. v Brushes – at least one #8 round and two #12 watercolor brushes with good point (synthetic or natural). v Water Container (1) for at least 12 ounces of water. v Paper towels. v Cotton cloths. v Masking tape – 1” wide. v Kneaded eraser. v Pencils – numbers 2H and 2 (and any other pencils you may have). v Plastic palette, no smaller than 9” X 12” designed for watercolors. v Notebook – any type of paper is fine.
