Beaver Creek School
Network Equipment
The Beaver Creek School is requesting quotes for edge network equipment for a single
school. A list of all required equipment and quantities is attached below.
The preferred equipment brand is listed below. An equivalent brand can be quoted and
will be considered. Please include a statement with your bid/quote indicating the level of
partnership your organization has with the original equipment manufacturer.
The products bid must be eligible for E-rate under the Internal Connections provision
compliant with the Schools and Libraries Division Eligible Services List for the current
funding year. The costs for services not eligible for E-rate must be clearly itemized
separate from eligible services.
The minimum acceptable warranty period is three years. Please specify the warranty
period for all equipment bid.
Please bid the cost for all equipment required, including any costs for extended warranty
required to meet the minimum warranty period. You must include any and all costs,
including any non-recurring costs for campus assessment, installation, travel, taxes, etc.
for each of the two schools separately. The District reserves the right to select the quote
and warranty period that is in the best interests of the District.
