OHIO LOTTERY MEGA MILLIONS PROMOTION 2010
OFFICIAL RULES
TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be
eligible. Contestants shall drop their non-winning Ohio Lottery Mega Millions ticket(s) or a 3x5
contest entry form in the Register-To-Win box at the Nationwide Insurance Guest Services
located on the main concourse behind home plate (section 110) during the following 2010 Mud
Hens home games:
May 2, 3, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20
June 1, 3, 13, 19
July 1, 2, 4, 24, 28, 29, 30
August 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16,
Contestants must write their full name, address, e-mail address and phone number on the back
of each such entry. One (1) fan per promotional game will win a prize pack from the Ohio
Lottery and the Toledo Mud Hens.
Fans may submit multiple entries but only one merchandise prize pack will be provided. From
all of the submitted entries, one (1) will be randomly drawn to win the prize pack. Winner may
only win once. Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries
permitted. The Toledo Mud Hens, the Ohio Lottery Commission and their respective agents,
employees, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged or
incomplete, entries. All materials submitted become the property of the Ohio Lottery
Commission and the Toledo Mud Hens (“Sponsors”) and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all
eligible entries received. Prize Winner will be announced during a pre-determined inning break.
If not in attendance, prize winner will be notified by telephone within five (5) days of the drawing.
Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Three (3) alternate
winners will be chosen. If the winner does not respond in seven (7) business days to receive
prize, an alternate winner will be chosen in order drawn.
GENERAL RULES: Employees of the Toledo Mud Hens, Officers and/or Employees of
Sponsors, their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,
suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an Officer or Employee living as a member of
the Officer’s or Employee’s household are not eligible to enter this promotion. Void where
prohibited by law. Any federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Prize
Winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the Prize
constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use the Prize Winner's name
and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. Further, by accepting the Prize, Prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsors
(Toledo Mud Hens and Ohio Lottery), their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and
assigns, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the
ownership and/or use of the Prize. Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage
caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any
Prize. By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
The Toledo Mud Hens are responsible for the execution of this event.
*The Ohio Lottery Commission shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages
and/or claims arising from promotions or the Toledo Mud Hens’ conduct of any
promotions and/or prizes associated with such promotion(s).
