					   INSTRUCTIONAL TELVISION




           WLRN ITV VIDEO LIBRARY
               HOW TO ACCESS THE LIBRARY CATALOG
1. From the WLRN ITV webpage www.wlrn.org/education/itv click on the online catalog
   tab or enter the following address: http://webmax.dadeschools.net/webmax/login.html.
2. In the User Number Field enter your M-DCPS employee number, in the Password
   Field use the word media.
3. After completing login information, the main page will appear providing search options.
   Your name and location appear on this page, check that the information is correct. Videos
   will be mailed to the location shown, for orders completed online.
4. Search Options:
        Browse - Clicking on Browse will produce a listing of the titles in the Library
        Search - Type a word or string in the box
        Subject - To narrow your search, enter a subject heading
        Series - Start a Series search by alphabetical title listing or search the catalog
        Curriculum - Curriculum search will display the content of the Sunshine State
           Standards for Social Studies, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. Select a
           grade level under the subject and click the desired standard strand number to view
           video titles.
5. Ordering videos - From the main page, scroll down and click order form. Enter title
   number and click next. The system will show view dates and due dates highlighted. To
   change system view date, enter desired date in earliest use field. Note that earliest date is
   five days after the booking date.
6. Enter additional title(s) and click next.
7. Click "finish" when done entering titles. Ensure that name and location where videos will
   be shipped are correct.
8. To view your order, click on “order”. You may cancel any item in this area at this time.
9. You will receive a confirmation letter at your school location.
