1. Necessity of Project Construction
Fuxin is one of the cities who are short of water seriously. In recent years Fuxin’s
economic transformation and adjustment of estate structure make the city needs more
and more water, so it is necessary to develop new economical water resource. Now
the project has bee in rage of “The Eleventh Five Years of Economic Regulation” of
Fuxin.
2. Main Content and Total Investment
On the base of the city’s sewage treatment (grade 2), the subject make a deep
treatment, which make treated water come to the standard of reuse. The plan treatment
ability is 70000m3/day, and the main construct content concludes: 15km water
transport pipe-line, DN300-1200mm pipe- line diameter, water treatment equipment,
etc. The total investment is 97.2 million RMB.
3. Economic Profit Analysis after Project Completion and Market Prospect
Forecast
When the project goes into operation, its unit treatment cost is 1.46 yuan/m3, annual
sales income is 45.73 million RMB and after tax profit is 3.68 million RMB which
calculated according to the theoretical water price.

The project plans to cooperate by way of joint venture, cooperation, finance, etc.
Cooperate scope can be enlarged to sewage treatment factory.
5. Geographic Location, Transportation and Communication
The Project is located at Xin Di Village of Si He Town, Xi He District of Fuxin, in the
north-east of the city sewage treatment factory, and it is 10km distant from the center
of the city, transportation is convenient, and communication equipment is complete.

Since the project’s earlier stage work has been completed, it can go into operation.

The project’s construction period is two years from 2006-2007.
