Hitler and the Nazis?
This lesson you will
• Work as a group to reach a decision about the
reasons for Nazi success in 1933.
• Show your reasoning. What strategy have
you used to answer the question? How and
why did you reach your decision?
• Be in position to produce an assessed piece of
work.
Task 1
• The white packs of card contain key terms
and their definitions. In your group attempt to
match each term to the correct definition.
• Individually, write down 9 terms you are
confident you would get correct when read
the definition. Write each term in a separate
square of the table you have been given.
• As the definitions are read out cross off the
term if you have written it on your sheet.
Task 2
• Put the white cards away. Now open the
coloured set of cards. In your group prepare
an answer to the following question: -

HITLER AND THE NAZIS?
