					This is what you do if your company is not enrolled in E-Verify
Calendar Days Since Contract Awarded 30 90 90/30 Action to be Taken

You must enroll in E-Verify w/i 30 days You must use E-Verify for all new employees w/i 90 days You have 90 days to verify employees assigned to new contracts; or 30 days from the employee’s assignment to the contract - whichever is later.

This is what you do if you are enrolled in E-Verify, but it’s less than 90 days since award of contract
90 90/30 E-Verify must be used for all new hires w/i 90 days of enrollment You must very any employee assigned to a new contract w/I 90 days from enrollment; or 30 days from the employee’s assignment to the contract, whichever is later.

This is what you do if your company is enrolled in the E-Verify program for more than 90 days from contract awarded
90/30 Employees assigned to new contracts must be verified w/I 90 days from enrollment; or 30 days from the employee’s assignment to the contract – whichever is later All new employees should already be run through E-Verify, pursuant to new regulations
