Career Coaching
You have reached an exciting time in your life when you can devote thought and energy to
discovering who you are and what lies ahead for you. Figuring out what kind of innate skills
and interests you possess can help you succeed in school right now and later on in life.
Determining your innate skills and interests will help you choose possible jobs or careers
that will prove a good match for you. Working in a field you love can help reduce stress
levels and help you look forward to each day as a working professional.
For members of the community in career transition, Career Services offers assistance in
assessing their current skills, abilities and interests and identifying programs in which they
can obtain the skills necessary for a career transition. Career Services provides guidance to
students as they make career choices by administering and interpreting personality profiles,
determining vocational interests and qualifications, compensation and future employment
outlook.
