Grilled Asparagus
8-10 stalks of asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp cajun seasoning
Wash and break of bottoms of asparagus.
Pour olive oil on top of asparagus along with garlic salt & Cajun seasoning of your
choice. Work asparagus stalks around to coat well.
Place an a grill safe veggie tray (or fold foil into a rectangle with raised sides)
Place tray/foil tray on med high to high grill. Check them at 7-10 mins and turn each
stalk. You must keep an eye out as tops can burn quickly.
Best served immediately.
*It is not advised to cover these with foil if you are waiting on other dishes to finish as
they will lose their crispness and turn “mushy”.
