It is agreed as follows:

• The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into an Agreement with the Trinidad & Tobago

Cultural Society of British Columbia (the Event Organizers), to take part in and/or supply goods to, or sell goods

at the event known as Caribbean Days Festival at Waterfront Park on Saturday July 26, 2008 and Sunday July

27, 2008 during the hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition, the Vendor agrees to abide by the terms and

conditions of operation as set out on the attached Schedule ‘A’.



• The Vendor further acknowledges that, in consideration for being allowed by the Trinidad & Tobago

Cultural Society of British Columbia to take part in the said activity, the Vendor agrees to pay the

Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society as follows:

• (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT EXPIRES JUNE 15 2008)

a. 2 tables (quarter-tent -10x10) $550.00 Early bird price $500.00 Plus damage deposit $150.00

b. 3 tables (whole tent 10x10) $670.00 Early bird price $600.00 Plus damage deposit $150.00

c. 4 tables (half-tent - 10x20) $965.00 Early bird price $875.00 Plus damage deposit $150.00

d. 6 tables (whole tent 10x20) $1075.00 Early bird price $975.00 Plus damage deposit $150.00

e. 8 tables (whole tent - 20x20) $1900.00 Early bird price $1725.00 Plus damage deposit $150.00
