Screen popping for calls from non-routed queues
• This is relevant for the Client Relations area.
• Even though we captured the client’s Serial Number in the IVR, Archie was not
displaying the Account Summary view.
• The IVR will now pass the captured Serial Number to Archie. Archie will then pop
the Account Summary view if the Serial Number is valid.
• If the Serial Number entered is not valid, the Search Centre will display with the
information entered by the client.
Win
Less orphaned & unasscociated Inbound Call Activities
Auto-parenting for Quotes/Orders
Quotes/Orders for Family Upgrades, Additional
CDFs – the Line Items will now automatically parent.
Win
Less time to create quotes/orders and less errors
Add a Shipping Address to an Order
Previously a new Shipping Address could only be
added in Account screens. Now you can add a
Shipping Address to the Account & the Order in the
Sales Orders screen.
Unlock Codes on Account Summary view
Win
More efficient as you can now provide this information to clients
from the Account Summary view without having to navigate to Assets view.
Latest Confirmation Date
Win
For those clients with multiple CDFs, you no longer need to select
each CDF to determine the Last Confirmed Date.
Remove Contact from an Account
Win
• Less steps required
• Ensures the new contact is added to all Agreements & Assets. Campaign /
Communications will go to the correct Contact at the particular Account.
Offers in the Account Summary view
• Offers that are inactive or have been taken up by the client are removed from the
Account Summary screen. This will make it easier to see the most important and
relevant information when talking to a client.
• The Owner/Status is displayed in the Offers applet in the Account Summary
screen. This will allow you to see who has last attempted to contact the client in
relation to a particular Campaign and Offer.
Monthly Agreements
New Payments Type for Asia
Outbound Campaigns - Improvements
Win
Can mark the Campaign Contact record as Done without having to
drill down to Account Summary or calling the client.
Outbound Campaigns - Improvements
Win
This will help reduce the number of unclassified Response Records
being created.
Outbound Campaigns Improvements – Limit Duration for
Offers in the Account Summary Screen
This change is aimed at removing confusion for reps around offers created against long
running campaigns, where the offer is available indefinitely via the Account Summary
screen.
By default, all existing Campaigns will be set for offers to display for 45 days from date
of contact load.
Please note that any quotes created based on an offer whilst available will still
be available for order conversion as per current practice, with the exception of
SmartPay, which will not be accepted post the Offer Active Duration end date.
For any new Campaigns, the duration of offer availability can be altered prior to a
campaign load via the "Number of Days Offers Are Active" field.
Finance – Consignment Stock for Asia
Finance - Class Start Dates being passed to Navision
• Due to a previous change in Archie Phase 3, Class Start dates and Training
locations were not being sent to Navision in credit notes.
• This has now been fixed, allowing Navision to correctly account for revenue
recognition
