SAP CRM Technical Analyst
The SAP Developer is responsible for technical design, development, testing,
implementation, support, and documentation of development objects within an SAP
CRM 5.0 environment. This includes reports, WebIC BSP, interfaces, forms, data
dictionary objects, enhancements, and ABAP objects to support call center and
Marketing business processes.
Experience/Education/Training Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT
focus preferred.
4+ years experience in SAP ABAP development. Required skills include: CRM WebIC
Business Server Pages, CRM enhancements and extensions, BADIs/user exts, CRM
tables, and function modules. Strong knowledge of HTML required.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop appropriate solutions to system
problems.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into proven technical solutions
aligned with management directives as well as assist with gathering and analysis of
user requirements.
Strong communication skills and strong documentation skills are required.
Additional Comments
The following experience and training is helpful but not required:
CRM Middleware, BDOCS, External List Management (ELM) and ABAP objects.
A solid understanding of CRM upgrades. Moreover, the resource must been in tune
with the roadmap for SAP CRM.
Experience integrating of SAP with middleware solutions in an SOA environment.
Development experience in object oriented languages such as Microsoft .NET or Java.
Experience using newer Netweaver technologies such as WebDynpros and Adobe
Forms.
Experience with SAP Industry solutions such as IS Retail.
