12/18/01 N318F AC SN # LJ-574 RH Engine SN# PCE 22636. RH Engine TSO: 3552.4 ACTT: 10575.8 AC HRM: 8653.6 Work

accomplished as follows:

1. Replaced oil filter, installed PN#3020967.

2. A.D. 90-04-02 was accomplished by inspection.

3. S.B. 1247 was accomplished by installing oil filter canister PN#3024558.

4. An engine vibration analysis was accomplished using a Chadwick-Helmut analyzer model 192A.

5. Obtained oil samples per MORE instructions.

6. Accomplished engine compressor wash.

7. Fuel nozzles were removed, cleaned, flow checked, and re-installed.

8. Replace fuel filter.

9. Removed bleed valve PN #3027249, SN#6E-427 to accomplish valve test in accordance with Charter 75-32-41.

633 hours remain until overhaul is due.

10. Split engine at “C” flange, examined heat zone component, replaced T5 lead is gasket, re-installed.

11. Propeller was dynamically balanced.

12. This engine Pratt & Whitney PT6A-20 serial number PCE-22636 will be operated on a “on condition” basis in

accordance with the Maintenance On Reliable Engines Program supplemental type certificate (STC00003EN).

13. Ground run leak check was satisfactory.

14. This engine is approved for return to service.

with the Beech King Air 90 Series maintenance Manual. Analysis was within specified limits. Removed the right over speed

governor P/N: 210632, S/N: 2346443H. Installed and rigged overhauled right over speed governor P/N: 210632J, S/N: 1295796

in accordance with the Beech King Air 90 Series Maintenance Manual. Function check was satisfactory. Removed the right

primary governor P/N: 210599 , S/N: 1036577 in accordance with the Beech King Air 90 series maintenance manual. Function

check was satisfactory. The aircraft, airframe(s), aircraft engine(s), propeller(s) identified above was repaired and inspected by

OK3AIR CRS DPOR285D in accordance with current federal aviation regulations and was approved for return to service.
