scan fingerprint & mug shot project tha t included a solution for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office and more than
120 municipal police agencies throughout Cook County.
Successfully implemented electronic fingerprinting equipment (Windows -based workstations with FBI IQS
certified fingerprint scanners), mug shot workstations (Personal Oracle, Oracle Forms, and NIST compliant mug
shot images), and the Cook County Jail Two Finger Identification (TFI) inmate tracking system (Client/server
system with MS SQL Server and Windows-based Client).
Coordinated the interface of the CABS system with the Chicago Police Department (CPD) Oracle Records
Management Systems (CHRIS/CLEAR), the CPD Automated Fingerprint Identific ation System (AFIS), the Illinois
State Police (ISP) AFIS, the ISP Oracle Records Management System (CHRI/I-CLEAR), and the FBI AFIS.
