Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the Master of Business Administration in Sustainability program,
collaborating with faculty to develop an integrated curriculum delivered in three distinct models: weekend, accelerated, and
online. Guide and mentor new, senior level, and adjunct faculty in all phases of program and curriculum development and
delivery, working with department chairs to foster a climate of innovation, sustainability, excellence, and accountability
throughout all aspects of the educational experience for students and faculty.
Promoted the University’s MBA program through collaborative efforts with marketing and web design
departments, fostering sustainability consulting services for MBA students with regional businesses and nonprofit
organizations, and representing the university at national and regional conferences.
Led the department through major program and curriculum enhancements including:
o Orchestrated the successful launch of the online MBA program (2010-2011).
o Launched an accelerated program, curriculum, and concentration model for the fall 2010 MBA program.
o Designed online student orientation and adjunct faculty orientation procedures
Spearheaded the design and promotion of cross-campus study abroad course, launched spring of 2011.
Primary resource for defining the expectations, outcome, and delivery requirements of students’ independent
Maintained program’s competitive advantage through the design of new course curriculum including Earth
Systems in Organizations, Introduction to Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Corporate Social
Responsibility, and MBA Practicum.
Successfully completed three certificate programs: Professional Certificate for Online Teaching (PCOT) from the
University Wisconsin-Madison, LERN Online Faculty Mentor certificate, and Sustainable Business Certificate
from the University of Vermont.
Tomey Center Director/Director, Center for Environmental Education (2003-2006)
Directed and led outreach initiatives for the graduate school in the areas of environmental education, organizational
development, and program assessment to support, coach, and mentor student interns involved with the Management,
Education, and Environmental Studies program in the successful engagement of community initiatives and projects.
Developed and wrote the Leadership and Professional Development training module in conjunction with graduate
student design team for the Antioch and Student Conservation Association (SCA).

Planned and conducted multiple program assessments for nonprofit organizations, public schools, and Keene State
College to support program development and monitor customer satisfaction.
Completed four successful grant writing projects focused in supporting focused learning at Antioch University
New England and Keene State College.

Service Learning Coordinator
Oversaw the planning, development, and launch of Keene State College’s first service learning office, responsible for
supporting student community projects through the training of faculty in service learning pedagogy and development
business partnerships with local nonprofit organizations.
Effectively promoted the service learning program through the development of a website used by students, faculty,
and community partners to navigate service learning and by hosting the first annual service learning forum to raise
awareness and spotlight success stories.
Led program assessments to evaluate program and make recommendations for sustaining the program’s success;
collaborated with Campus Compact in writing grants and final program reports.
Served as adjunct faculty member in Education Department.
BROOKWOOD SCHOOL, Manchester, MA | 1994-2003
Science Department Chair/Team Leader/Science Teacher
Direct responsibility for the oversight and supervision of the Science department and its staff of teachers, interns, and
faculty with full accountability for all facets of curriculum mapping, development, program assessment, intern reporting,
and the planning and execution of interdepartmental projects. Acted as advisor and mentor to eight to twelve teenaged girls;
science teacher for seventh and eight grade students. Oversaw the professional development and training of the faculty
including the development of training curriculum and manuals.
Awarded Amory Parker Chair by colleagues.
Recipient of two Curriculum Development Fellowships at Tufts University, Boston, MA.
Recognized for dedication to education and science with the awarding of a grant to lead the research and design of
a new science wing to be named in my honor.
Delivered educational presentations at national conferences; published multiple articles and a chapter in a service
