The Morningside Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., with the wishes and permission of Chief
Emeritus Leslie Hedrick and Mrs. Cathy Hedrick, is announcing its plans to hold a Memorial
Service for the 20 year Anniversary of our fallen brother Kenneth Michael Hedrick. Kenny was
killed in the Line of Duty on January 12, 1992 in a house fire on Walls Lane in Suitland, MD.
The Memorial Service will be held at Station 27 on Thursday January 12, 2012. The service will
start at 1900 hours.
Chief Chaplain Warren Litchfield will be conducting the Fire Department Services.

for our department.
