Local Share = Amount raised by local taxes to fund cost of basic education ($.86/$100 x
adjusted CPTD value)
M & O = Maintenance and Operations (General Fund)

OEY – Optional Extended Year for PEIMS annual 4th submission
On-Behalf = Matching amounts of TRS paid by State on- behalf of district employees

Other Helpful Information
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERIFYING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS
Call the Social Security Administration Hotline at 1-800-772-6270
Tell them that you want to verify a social security number.
They will ask you:
Your name
The district’s name and TIN (74-*******)
Your position
They will ask if the person whose number you are verifying is an applicant or an employee.
They need to know the person’s: Name, SS #, date of birth
FTEs FOR BUS DRIVERS:
A bus driver who drives a morning and afternoon route is considered 1.00 FTE (full time) for
PEIMS purposes.
A bus driver who drives one route each day (either in the morning or the afternoon and is
not employed by the district in any other capacity) is considered .50 FTE (part-time).
