KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

Seller warrants that he/she is the lawful owner in every respect of all of the Property and that it is

This Agreement binds Seller, his/her successors and assigns, to warrant and defend the title to all
of the Property to Buyer, his/her successors and assigns, forever against every person lawfully
claiming the Property or any part of it.

SELLER TRANSFERS THE PROPERTY TO BUYER "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF SUCH
PROPERTY. BUYER REPRESENTS TO SELLER THAT BUYER HAS PERSONALLY
INSPECTED THE PROPERTY AND ACCEPTS THE PROPERTY "AS IS."
This Bill of Sale shall be effective as to the transfer of all Property listed in it as of ____
