V. I direct that all my just debts, including the expenses of my last illness, funeral and burial expenses, be paid as soon as it is legally possible to do so, provided that no debts barred by the statutes of limitation or discharged in bankruptcy are to be paid. VI. Every heir, legatee, devisee, or beneficiary under this Will who shall contest in any court any provision of this instrument shall not be entitled to any devises, legacies, or benefits under this Will or any codicil hereto or any trust created hereby, and any and all devises, legacies, and portions of the income or corpus of my estate, otherwise provided to be paid to such person, shall lapse and shall be paid, distributed and passed as though such person had died prior to my death leaving no living lawful descendants. My (Executor/Executrix) herein named is specifically authorized to defend, at the expense of my estate, any consent or attack of any nature upon this Will or any codicil hereto, or upon any paragraph or provision hereto. VII. I have, except as otherwise provided in this Will, intentionally and with full knowledge, omitted to provide for my heirs who may be living at the time of my death, including any person or persons who may become my heir by reason of marriage or otherwise after the date of the execution of this Will. VIII. REAL PROPERTY I hereby direct that all my real property, wheresoever situated, which I may die seized of, be devised and bequeathed as follows: First to my

IX. MONEY I hereby direct that all my money, wheresoever situated, which I may die seized of, be devised and bequeathed as follows: First to my X. PERSONAL PROPERTY I hereby direct that all my personal property, wheresoever situated, which I may die seized of, be distributed as follows: First to my XI. I direct that all the rest, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, of whatever kind and wherever situated, of which I may die seized of and possess, or in which I may have any interest or to which I may have any power of appointment, including any lapsed or deemed legacies (herein called my “residuary estate”), shall be disposed of as follows: First to my XII. I hereby nomiate and appoint my RELATIONSHIP, PERSON’S NAME to serve as Executor/Executrix of this Will, and to serve without bond and/or inventory and/or final accountings, and, further, I hereby waive the filing of interim accountings by said Executor/Executrix, and, further, said Executor/Executrix are hereby authorized to settle my estate in the simplest way and form allowable by law. If PERSON NAMED IN ABOVE PARAGRAPH, does not survive me, or does not qualify as such Executor/Executrix, I appoint my RELATIONSHIP, PERSON’S NAME to serve as Executor/Executrix of this Will, and to serve without bond and/or inventory and/or final accountings, and, further, I hereby waive the filing of interim accountings by said Executor/Executrix, and, further, said Executor/Executrix are hereby authorized to settle my estate in the simplest way and form allowable by law. I do hereby request the attesting witnesses hereto to make affidavit of their execution of this Will as attesting witnesses.
