IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Visa fees are not refundable.
    Visa Fee
NOK 100/- Transit (Normally issued for connecting flights)
NOK 400/- Tourist(6 months)
NOK 700/- Other than Tourist upto 1 Yr
NOK 50/- Transfer of valid visa to new Passport

2. Special permission is requred for visiting restricted areas like Assam and Sikkim with
    additional fees.
3. If you are travelling on BUSINESS Visa, you must enclose, Letter of Invitation, Company
    profile and a Letter of Guarantee from your company or firm.
4. Completed application/visum form must include : VALID PASSPORT, TWO PHOTOGRAPHS
    AND APPROPRIATE VISA FEE.
5. The Passport should be valid atleast upto two months beyond the date of expiry of visa.
6. If you are travelling through any yellow fever endemic country, you should possess a
    valid yellow fever vaccination certificate before entering into India.I
7. If you are applying by post, please send the visa fee by cheque. If you require us
    to return your passport by mail, enclose a self-addressed envelope with correct postage
    stamps under Rek/Registered post. Visa by post is subject to postal delays.
8. Nationalities other than native Norwegian are requested to contact this
    Embassy before submitting their applications.
9. Submission of application : 0900 – 1200 Hrs,

11. For Icelandic citizens, bank clearance charges are extra i.e.
 Upto NOk 200/-                              bank charges are NOK 25/-
 Between NOK 201 to 2000/-                   bank charges are NOK 75/-
 NOK 2001 onwards ...                        bank charges are NOK 150/-
