                                      PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

United States Army                                                                              2003-Present
Assistant Professor of Military Science, Winston-Salem, NC, 2008-Present
Provides effective leadership for 25-person Military Science Class. Plans, coordinates, and instructs various
military curriculums at Wake Forest University. Serves as partnership coordinator at Winston-Salem State
University.
 Effectively mentored and directed supply operations throughout ROTC program, valued at over $75,000
  resulting in zero deficiencies and quality training.
 Recruited, selected, motivated, trained, and retained high quality cadets, contracting 5 cadets in 4 month
  span. Accurately planned, coordinated, executed, and budgeted for recruiting and marketing activities of
  over $18,000. Effectively reached target audience and increased enrollment by 20 cadets in fall 2009.
 Reestablished communication and strong alliances with admissions and counseling representatives at Wake
  Forest University, Winston-Salem State University, and Salem College resulting in increased scholarships
  and awareness.
 Serve as officer in charge of the Ranger Challenge Team leading team to 3rd place finish in 2009, out of 21
  teams. Successfully motivated and developed twelve cadet team to increased scores in all seven events.

Brigade Logistics Trainer, Fort Riley, KS, 2007- 2008
Led 20-person team planning and executing operations and training for 2500-person Iraqi combat
Brigade in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Managed ammunition, vehicles, food operations, and facilities.
Tracked all combat support missions in Iraq for 1st Brigade, 9th Mechanized Iraqi Army.
 Advised Iraqi Brigade Supply Officer on all aspects of logistics to include requesting, forecasting, and
  storage of all classes of supply, maintenance, transportation, and budget.
 Requested, acquired, and reconciled all supplies for 60 Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers at various
  Army supply warehouses throughout Iraq with zero issues.
 Served as team supply officer, responsible for accountability and maintenance of over $1 million of assigned
  equipment with zero deficiencies; additionally handled all American and Iraqi contracts worth over $80,000.
 Logistically supported Iraqi Brigade spread over 400KM square area of East Baghdad and Eastern Iraq with
  no issues, something not possible one year prior.
 Executed over 200 successful logistical convoys.
 Rated by brigade team chief as “One of the Top 3 Best” captains of 14 in rating scheme.

Distribution Platoon Leader, Fort Stewart, GA, 2006-2006
Provided leadership for 40-person platoon providing logistics support to over 500 soldiers. Planned,
coordinated, and delivered ammunition, fuel, water, food, and barrier material. Managed and supervised
daily operations of all sections, consolidated warehouses, and maintenance areas.
 Controlled over 40 mission essential pieces of equipment that were 100% operational.

 Led for over 50 logistical missions that successful trained over 500 soldiers.
 Took responsibility for accountability and delivery of over 100,000 rounds of ammunition with zero
  deficiencies.

Fire Support Officer, Fort Stewart, GA, May 2005- February 2006
Led 8-person team providing lethal and non-lethal effects for over 150 Soldiers. Planned, coordinated, and
executed various civil military operations and combat patrols throughout Western Baghdad, Iraq.
 Maintained and accounted for over 1 million dollars worth of equipment with zero deficiencies.
 Led over 150 combat patrols to 16 locations across Iraq with no loss of equipment or life, contributing to
  mission success.
 Developed over 28 civil military operations to enhance quality of life for over 2,000 Iraqi nationals.
 Monitored and controlled company sector polling sites during historic October and December 2005
  Constitutional Referendum resulting in no compromised sites or ballots.
 Rated as “Best Qualified” by senior rater and described to have “unlimited” potential.

Artillery Platoon Leader, Fort Stewart, GA, May 2004-June 2005
Controlled 4 Paladin howitzers and 11 vehicles, valued at over 3 million dollars. Led 8 Non- Commissioned
Officers and 30 Soldiers. Assumed responsibility for accurate firing of over 5,000 artillery projectiles.
Provided fire support throughout Brigade battle space of 3,000 soldiers.
 Safely delivered $1.1 Billion of currency and precious materials to government of Iraq resulting in
  thousands of new reconstruction projects.
 Supervised all artillery assets that covered entire Baghdad area of operations contributing to mission
  success.
 Effectively trained 40 soldiers from Paladin howitzer operators to infantry soldiers resulting in 300
  successful convoy security missions throughout Baghdad, Iraq.
 Planned and resourced all Battery training resulting in over 100 soldiers prepared for combat.
