BCS–Athletic Membership Fee–Form
C-Team Sports (Ages 5-12) No Charge There will be a cost for Equipment for Football
J. V. Sports (Ages 12-15) 1-Student $ 180.00 $ 30.00 per month for 6 months
2-Students $ 270.00 $ 45.00 per month for 6 months
3-Students $ 360.00 $ 60.00 per month for 6 months
Varsity Sports (Ages 15-18) 1-Student $ 360.00 $ 60.00 per month for 6 months
2-Students $ 450.00 $ 75.00 per month for 6 months
3-Students $ 540.00 $ 90.00 per month for 6 months
1 There will be a $ 100.00 fee for each additional JV or Varsity Sport the student participates in.

2 One time payments will be due st Aug. 1 of each year. Monthly payments for all sports (Basketball,Football,

and Volleyball) will begin July 1 and must be paid in full before Dec. 31 of same school year.
3 This annual fee includes Summer Camps that are held @ BCS and/or Spring Training for each sport.
4 This annual fee does not include athletic shoes, wind suits, food and other miscellaneous items.
5 Concession and Gate: Each Family is required to work concession and gate, this includes clean up
after the home games. Working concession and gate are considered part of your athletic fee.
However, if you are unable to do this, you can pay an extra $ 100.00 fee and be exempt.
6 Families can Sale (2) Signs on Football Fence to pay for (1) student Athletic Fee.
7 BCS-Registration-Form has to be completed for each student. (Birth Certificate must be included)
8 BCS-Liability Release-Form has to be completed for each student.

requirements of the Ballard Christian School Athletic Department.
