Velocity / Speed of Flow

Two methods may be used to record Velocity:
1. Measurement using an Impellor.
2. Place an orange in the river. Allow it to float downstream over
a measured distance.
Time the journey made by the orange. Repeat 3 times.
Calculate the average time.
