Ned Raggett of Allmusic gave it 3 out of 5 stars, describing guitar, keyboards,
its sound as "early Brian Eno meets Santana" and "ap- violins
proaching Can’s level of avant-garde groove".[1] Piero
Scaruffi gave it a 6.5 out of 10, praising the guitar explo-
ration while "Edge’s sci-fi visions bridged Grateful Dead
and Todd Rundgren".[2]
