                                    Board Meeting Minutes

                                       October 22, 2007

Present: Don Roberts, Dawn Geldof, Tuck Mulrooney, Sharon Mossman, and Tim Cox.

Call to order was at 1830.

Minutes: Minutes from the September 27, 2007 meeting were reviewed & approved.

Treasurer Report: No report.

OLD BUSINESS:

Alumni Board Scholarships: The recipient of the Alumni Board Scholarship, Garan Callaway,
was notified by letter.

Alumni Newsletter: The board discussed contents of the December 2007 newsletter. Jim will
email his story to Tuck to meet the newsletter deadline of November 1, 2007. Steve Martelli,
Public Information Officer, Marketing, will contribute a report from the Campus Director and
pictures of the 2006 Mardi Gras. Other topics for the newsletter as per the attachment.

Alumni BOD Members: Bill Preston, a possible BOD candidate, will meet with Don, Tuck and
Larry Miller as the nominating process moves forward.

Mardi Gras: The board members again will contribute toward a basket for the Mardi Gras
silent auction. Dawn will contact the Grand to explore the possibility of discount tickets.

Meeting was adjourned at 2000.

Next Meeting: November 26, 2007 at 1830 in the Campus Director’s conference room, Stanton
Campus.
