Dear Medicaid Provider:
KePRO will introduce their new Provider Portal coming in the Fall of 2011. Working together,
KEPRO and DMAS are bringing trainings to the provider community. Training will be provided for
Inpatient Services Providers – Session I and Outpatient Services Providers – Session II.
All providers who require Service Authorization for treatment rendered to VA Medicaid
Members should attend training sessions.
Inpatient providers utilizing the following Service Types should attend Session I (AM Session):
0400 – Inpatient Acute 0401 – Inpatient Psychiatric
0903 – EPSDT Inpatient Psychiatric 0200 – Intensive Rehab
0750/0751 – CSA and Non-CSA Residential Treatment 0752/0753 – Group Home Level A & B
Outpatient providers utilizing the following Service Types should attend Session II (PM Session):
0050 – Outpatient Psychiatric 0051 – Substance Abuse
0092 – Orthotics (EPSDT) 0096 – EPSDT Substance Abuse
0100 – DME 0204 – Outpatient Rehab
0450/0451/0452 – MRI/CAT/PET 0500 – Home Health
0625 – Elderly Case Management 0650 – Community Mental Health Rehab
0900 – EDCD Waiver 0902 – DD Waiver
0909 – Money Follows the Person 0920 – Aids Waiver 0960 – Tech Waiver
The KePRO Atrezzo System will give providers access to an online Service Authorization
process. After attending this training, providers will be able to:
Sign in to the new system
Setup user account
Setup frequently used provider group
Setup frequently used Procedure and Diagnosis codes specific to your organization
Submit response to KePRO queries
Obtain letters
Obtain reports such as:
o Total Approved
o Total Denied
Online Training Registration
The training sessions will be live and on-site at the locations identified in the letter. We will
be using WebEx for the live on-site registration process. Online Medicaid training registration can be
accessed at http://dmasva.dmas.virginia.gov/default.aspx . On the right hand menu -Click Upcoming
Training Events and select the link given below that corresponds with the session you wish to attend.
The links will open the WebEx registration page to the training scheduled for that day and time. Each
participant’s name and valid email address will be required for registration. Once registration is
approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the training details. The number of
participants allowed in each session is limited. Once a session is full, additional registration requests will
be waitlisted. Waitlisted individuals will be registered if a confirmed participant cancels. If you do not
receive the confirmation email please call 804-371-6327. Faxed registration forms will also be accepted.
People needing reasonable accommodations, should contact the Department of Medical
Assistance Services at least two weeks prior to the seminar at (804) 371-6327. Accommodations
will be provided upon request.

I-66: Exit onto Fairfax County Parkway North (Route 7100, Exit #55B). Turn right onto Fair Lakes Parkway

Center is on the left. From Route 50, exit on West Ox Road South (Route 608). Left turn at light on

From I-95: Take Exit 84B- Charlottesville. Once on 295, Take Exit 45B- Woodman Road South. Go
to the light. Turn right on Woodman Road. Drive ¾ mile and the Cultural Arts Center is on right. Turn
right at the sign.

Hwy. 81 - Exit 14 to Route 140 North (Jonesboro Road). Make a right turn onto VHCC Way (at the stop light).
This turn will lead to college campus. There will be is a map showing the campus buildings. At the top of the
hill, take first left turn. Please park in lots 4, 5 or 6. Presentation will be held in Building 605- Learning
Resource Center.
ROANOKE - Virginia Western Community College- Whitman Auditorium
From Interstate 81: Take I-581/220 South to Colonial Avenue Exit ~ 8 Miles .Take a left at the
stoplight at the end of the exit ramp. At the 3rd light the VWCC Campus is located on both sides of
Colonial Ave. From 220 South: Take Colonial Ave /Wonju Exit off 220/I-581. Turn right at end of
ramp and continue to stoplight. Turn left at light onto Colonial Avenue. Continue on Colonial Avenue
through next light. VWCC is located on both sides of Colonial Ave. Please park in Lot 7 or 9.
Whitman Auditorium is in the Business Science Building, across the street from the parking lot 7
