ELIGIBILITY: This exhibit is open to all current OCS members. See Membership Form.
Members are eligible to enter and exhibit 1 to 4 collage pieces. Work completed in a
class or under instruction is not eligible.
MEDIUM: The exhibit is open to all collage and assemblage media. Size of ACCO is 2
1/2”x 3 1/2”. ACCOs must be mounted on white mat board measuring 6”x8”and not
framed.
ENTRY FEE: $5 for each ACCO submitted, up to 4 pieces.
ARTWORK: Work need not be for sale. If work is sold, the Box Gallery will charge a
commission of 20%. Work must have been completed in the last two years. Work
accepted in previous OCS shows is ineligible. Artwork must have tags fixed on the back
of the collage mat.
SHIPPING: Ship to The Box Gallery at the address on the top of this page by 3/7/11.
Include sturdy return packaging and separate return postage check with entry fees and
pro-rated membership dues if you have not yet paid your membership. The artist is
responsible for insurance for artwork.
HAND DELIVER WORK: March 8, 2011 12pm-6pm at the Box Gallery. Artists may
make arrangements to deliver work to Shirley Ende-Saxe (330.928.1702) or Chris
Paringer (330.467.7972) previous to March 8, 2011.
SHOW OPENS with RECEPTION: Friday, 3/11, 2011 5pm-7pm.
SHOW CLOSES: Saturday, April 16, 2011.
PICK UP ARTWORK: April 18, 2011 12pm-6pm. Neither OCS or The Box Gallery will
be responsible for work left at the gallery. Artwork with return packing and postage will
be shipped by April 20, 2011.
ENTRY FORMS/TAGS: Please MAKE A COPY of tags for your
records, cut out these tags and attach them to the back of
your work(s).
