HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
MONDIAL CONGRESS has reserved a sufficient number of hotel rooms at reasonable prices in different categories.
Please use the enclosed registration form. To secure your hotel reservation we kindly ask you to provide us with the
deposit by August 1, 2001 at the very latest.
You will receive written confirmation of your reservation. Should the desired hotel category no longer be available,
we will do our utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, mean a change of price category. The
hotel voucher will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the congress. Any balance between the value of the
voucher and your total invoice has to be settled directly with the hotel. Any bank charges will be deducted from your
deposit. The number of overnights booked will serve as the basis for the hotel invoice.

MONDIAL CONGRESS, in cooperation with Austrian Airlines and other IATA-carriers, is in a position to offer
moderately priced all inclusive flight arrangements to the participants of this congress.
These arrangements include the following services: Roundtrip, economy class on regular flights, 20 kg (44 lbs) luggage
allowance, accommodation at **** , *** or ** category hotels with private bath and shower, breakfast, service
charges, local taxes as well as the transfer from the airport to your hotel and vice versa

("Heurigen").

Wednesday, Septemper 5th: City Walk
Meet with your guide in front of the State Opera building. You stroll along "Kärntnerstraße" and visit the Imperial
Burial Vault. The next sights are St. Stephen's cathedral and St. Peter's church. You then continue along the "Graben",
and finally reach "Michaelerplatz" via the "Kohlmarkt", with its exclusive boutiques. Finally enjoy a typical Viennese
coffee break in one of Vienna´s famous coffee shops.

Thursday, Septemper 6th: Historical Vienna
This tour will show you some of Vienna’s most impressive buildings. You will see the famous Ringstraße with the State
Opera, the National Museums, the Imperial Palace, the Parliament, the City Hall, the Imperial Theatre (Burgtheater), the
University and the Votive Church. Highlight of this tour is a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of
the Austrian emperors.

Friday, Septemper 7th: Art Noveau
Visit the church ‘Am Steinhof’ by Otto Wagner, which has been excellently restored and is one of the major
contributions to ‘Art Nouveau’.

Friday, September 7th: Excursion to the Wienerwald
A half day excursion which shows you not only the most beautiful sights surrounding Vienna, but also the pleasant
scenery of the Vienna Woods. Passing the old Roman City of Baden, famous for its thermal springs, we take you to the
romantic Helenental and the former hunting lodge of the Habsburg familiy at Mayerling where Crown Prince Rudolph,
the only son of Emperor Franz Joseph, is said to have committed suicide in 1889. In the Cistercian Abbey of
Heiligenkreuz (1133) you will visit the Gothic cloister which still houses the remains of the last members of the
Babenberg dynasty. You leave the Vienna Woods and return to Vienna, passing. Hödrichsmühle, where Franz Schubert
composed his song „The Linden Tree“.

Saturday, September 8th: Classical Vienna, A Stroll Through the Imperial Palace
You will walk through the Hofburg, the former winter residence of the Habsburg family which ruled Austria for
approximately 600 years until 1918, and visit the Imperial State Appartements as well as the Imperial Treasury.

MONDIAL CONGRESS reserves the right to cancel the tours before the beginning of the congress, should the
minimum number of 20 participants not be reached.All tours are subject to change!

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Only written cancellations and changes will be accepted.For cancellations before August 1, a cancellation fee of
ATS 500,-- will be charged. For hotel changes the price for one overnight stay will be charged. In case of a ‘no-show’
(arrivals after 18.00 hrs will have to be announced) the hotel reservation will be cancelled after one night.
