JOB DUTIES
  Contributes to enterprise business goals through enterprise referrals and relationship building.
  Recognizes life events, understands member's needs and provides advice in order to deliver appropriate solutions to the
member.
  Acquires and applies developing product acquisition and/or member service techniques.
  Acquires and applies developing referral and relationship building with members by recognizing life events and multi-
company product opportunities.
  Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.


Minimum Requirements
  High school diploma (or equivalent).
  2 years relevant customer contact experience OR successful completion of military service OR college equivalency.
  Acquisition and/or maintenance of NASD Series 7 (or 6) and 63 licenses.


Preferred
  One year of Investment Industry experience.
  Bachelor's degree.
