• Recommendations:
  – Explore avenues where ATOs can better obtain SARs
    (E-Guardian access approval by FBI)
  – Improve SAR communication with PMO & NCIS
       • Insert ATO into SAR notification process
  – Improve relationship with MTAC

     management tool

  – Work to create a holistic, integrated Mission
    Assurance risk management process
      • AT Manual - Standardizes methodology
   – Develop standardized RM tool at the
     MARFOR level
      • MCIWEST MA risk management tool

   – Current AT program already addresess many IEM
     standards

• Recommendations:
   – Ensure IEM MCO does not task duplicative standards

  – Limited courses per year
  – Empty Seats

  – Ensure all courses are filled to capacity
  – Utilize SharePoint site to post all training information

    Course
