Williams Controls to Ring NYSE Opening Bell
Portland, Oregon manufacturer celebrates 75-year history
PORTLAND, OR….December 5, 2011…. Williams Controls, Inc. (the “Company”) will ring
The Opening Bell on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Amex) on the morning of December
7th, celebrating the Company’s 75-year history and commemorating its first day of trading on the
NYSE Amex. Moving to the NYSE Amex enables the Company to deliver more value to its
investors and to thank its shareholders who have supported the Company.
