Program Description
The True Leaders Program will be a multi-day event for exceptional sophomore level students
who have demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities and also posses a strong interest in
pursuing a career in a professional services environment within the accounting profession. Up
to ten selected students from top universities will take part in activities to enhance their team
building, communication and leadership skills. Students will also have the opportunity to engage
in conversation and interact with senior leaders of the firm in an effort to learn more about the
culture, programs and client engagement situations. Program activities will also allow students
to exercise their networking capabilities with other students while learning about the most
effective ways to develop and utilize networking skills in the business world. This exciting
program will benefit True Partners Consulting by allowing the firm to recruit the best and
brightest students from top universities prior to their eligibility for the firm’s established
internship program.
Criteria for Consideration
Sophomore level student planning/declared to major in accounting
Full-time enrollment in an accredited university or college
Demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and activities
Strong interest in working in professional services
Minimum 3.25 GPA

Copy of unofficial transcript
Proof of credible and current health insurance
Tentative Program Agenda
Prior to Day 1: Application, Summary of Interest, Pre-Work
Day 1: Arrival, Firm Overview and Orientation, Soft Skills Training, Dinner
Day 2: Technical Training, Meeting with Firm Executive(s), Dinner and Evening Activity
Day 3: Case Study, Office Lunch, Program Evaluations and Feedback
Accommodations and Expenses
Overnight hotel accommodations will be provided for participants and True Partners will cover
the cost of the individual hotel room, food and scheduled activities for the duration of the three
day program. Final agenda, hotel information, directions, dress requirements and pre-work
information will follow upon confirmation of acceptance to participate in True Leaders program.
