intelligence, today announced that it has appointed Justin Wheeler as Vice President and General Manager to head
all global operations for SurveyBuilder™ (www.surveybuilder.com).
Wheeler brings an extensive track record in creating, launching and managing online business services platforms to
SurveyBuilder. The new SurveyBuilder platform connects organizations with consumers by offering self-directed
surveys to generate consumer and business insights. SurveyBuilder transforms the way organizations gain insights
from target audiences and expands the market for consumer research by enabling access to on-demand audiences to
populate online surveys.

Wheeler attended New York University and earned a degree in English from Brigham Young University. In the late
1990s, he spearheaded the paid-search marketing platform GoTo.com, followed by leadership roles at Overture,
Yahoo! and SpotRunner. At SpotRunner, he was instrumental in building an online self-serve platform to help
transform the way advertising is created, planned, bought and sold.
