Dear Parents,
Brandywine Wallace Elementary has the opportunity to pilot a new information system
through Intellicue. This program will allow us to send communications quickly and efficiently
throughout the year. The system has the capability to send time-sensitive messages directly to
your cell phone or email account. I have used a similar program at my previous school to keep
parents informed in many ways. They loved it!
• Notice of upcoming H&S events (Meetings, book fair, Spring Fair…)
• Invitations to special events (Plays, concerts…)
• Notification of cancellation of activities
• Reminders about field trips (Don’t forget to pack a lunch…)
In order to get the process started, I am asking you to please visit the BW website, click on
Register for Intellicue (http://www.dasd-bw.org/intellicue.html) and enter your name, email
address and phone numbers in the Intellicue “widget”. Once you do this, you will receive an
email from Intellicue notifying you that you have successfully subscribed to our BW “channel”.
If you do not receive this email, please contact Intellicue at support@intellicue.com.
I am excited to try out the Intellicue information system and to send you email updates
about BW over the summer. Please help us to make it successful by signing up as soon as
possible. Once we get the school year started, we can add cell phones to your individual
account for text messages. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
